Coming off his latest single “Mirage,” 22 year-old Twon93p returns with another fire release. This time, the Cleveland artist drops intriguing verses and sounds for “Tsukuyomi.” The title stems from an Itachi sample from the anime Naruto’s theme music. Tsukuyomi starts with a light choir and string instrumental followed by faint rhythmic hi-hats. Produced by Krazy8 (@krazy8beats), this track is a wonderful balance of his tone and pace as Twon finds the pocket to talk about his everyday battles and lifestyle.
Heavily influenced by artists like Chief Keef and Soulja Boy, Twon93p continues to build on his discography and execute and curate a unique sound. If he continues on this track, we’ll surely hear and see more of his name as a top emerging artist.
