California artist Toko! is bringing shining light and love, introducing us to his many perspectives on life in “DREAM RUN 2020”. The 22 year old artist has been soul-tied to music since early on. He was used to hearing a range of people, from Michael Jackson to Bob Marley. Then, like a lot of us, his older brother got him into rap and rock around the time influences like Guitar Hero was out. It was head on from there. Toko dabbled in the drums in school, sang in the choir; dipping his hand in everything he can get. This shows through his music today. He was able to adapt to conforming music that makes him feel good to putting out pieces people all over can easily vibe to. “DREAM RUN 2020” is the current anthem that almost anyone can test to. Nowadays, we’re all trying to do something with our lives and getting our time played with is just something that won’t do. Toko creates a fluid environment that allows everyone to be themselves. We can’t wait to see what he’s up to next!
