As an underground hip-hip artist from South Florida, you’re often held to a much higher standard of music. In the past few years alone, we’ve seen household names like XXXTENTACION, Kodak Black, etc. overtake rap and put Broward as a frontrunner for some of the best underground artists in the game. Fortunately for us, the next wave is here in the form of young phenom Onlybino. The Jamaica-born, South Florida-raised artist has developed a star-level catalogue that has brought him a core fanbase rather quickly. Following his most recent batch of successful singles, Bino delivers his latest anthem with “Hearteater/Howuis”. Interestingly enough, he tells us this particular song was a way to let out the anger he had over someone he though cared for him. Even through the hard-hitting production of DjKronicBeats, the power and delivery behind every bar made it easy for listeners to feel the emotion Bino felt throughout the song. This however, isn’t new if you’ve been tapped in to his music. Time and time again he’s shown his skill and undeniable talent is enough to bring him to the top of the game, regardless of what anyone thinks. Even through countless look-ins via his Instagram live’s, snippets, and unreleased music, he’s proven to me that making impactful music is natural to him. Hooks, melodies, bars, you name it, Onlybino delivers. It’s only a matter of time til label heads look his way, but until then, he’s made it clear he’s a man on a mission to glory regardless of who’s with him. That’s precisely what made him stand out to me and undoubtedly so to his other listeners. With his skillset and ear for music, Onlybino’s made his path to superstardom inevitable.
