West Palm Beach artist Melo debuts his first mixtape with our Mag titled Melo World, a first take into the sound he’s dishing. Growing up as a Latino, music is huge in people’s households. Melo’s dad and uncle basically got him hooked onto making his own songs from letting him record and freestyle on beats as a kid. Though Spanish influenced, his music tastes range from Three Six Mafia to XXXtentacion.

These 10 tracks all perfectly exemplify who Melo is as a person, very boisterous but is quick to switch up the vibe on you with each song. “CARCASS” produced by Sauron is for those that love the in-your-face bars and attention to hitting every rhyme. If you’re trying to get on more of the softer but just as chock-ful of sh*t you want to hear of side, “Glocka (prod. Yz)” and even “Dance (prod. Sauron)” fit into those categories. Nonetheless, he constructed a well organized mixtape and it’s super surprising that this is only his first. We’re excited to see what he has up next!
