Generational talent is among us in the form of Lerado Khalil. The Minnesota rapper has been making a lot of noise in the underground scene. Although it’s taken a couple years to get more recognition, Lerado has been making a statement with his recent releases. Keeping the ball rolling, he’s dropped a compilation track called “CDQ”. It features a mashup of 7 different songs featuring: NOLANBEROLLIN, HOOK, and MKYFM.
The futuristic sound of Lerado’s production on top of his unique voice is extremely present throughout “CDQ”. Every song contains a different sound but he somehow finds a way to still make it sound cohesive. Khalil makes sure his every flow is showcased and leaves you interpreting the music with your own ears. His ability to work with a variety of sounds is incredible and goes to show how his potential is just a song away from blowing him up.
