Born in Denver and making a wave out of Auror, Colorado, KG Prince is making noise and a name for himself. Dropping a brand new EP titled TANTRUM TEMPER which includes 5 hot tracks back to back. The inspiration behind this EP was from a show KG did at the Roxy theatre in downtown Denver in summer 2021. The hype crowd’s reaction prompted KG to continue going hard to create more fire upbeat especially to perform with. ” I’ve been making music since mid-2017. I used to record on a 25$ dollar mic I bought off Amazon in “ DVSH”’s car. Sometimes we would even skip class to record.” In 2018 he released Palace with his first hit landing 800k streams on Spotify to this date. He didn’t stop there; he eventually hit 2 million all-time streams in 2021. KG Prince is seeing success and hitting major accomplishments.
KG Prince is on a different type of wave. The rockstar/hype style of the EP keeps the energy high and the ear listening. His catchy hooks and lyrics make the song easy to catch on and ride along to. Every song is unique and shows a different facet of KG’s never-ending talent. TANTRUM TEMPER is worth the listen. He says “My favorite line on the EP would have to be on the song titled “Taliban” featuring J Truth a good friend of mine. Stating, “Chasing a Dream that you don’t understand”, Sometimes most people close to us even don’t understand or support a dream you have just simply because they’ve never attempted anything of that nature or they just don’t understand.” KG Prince delivers once again high-quality material for all his fans and supporters to jam to and to give inspiration.
