J Truth recently released his deluxe album that contains 26 songs of straight heat. J Truth uses his raspy voice and autotune to create a unique and exciting sound on top of the typical production style of today’s underground.
What makes this project so great is its revisitation value. Since so many songs are on this album, bangers might slip through the cracks, which is why this album is so marketable. The lost heat is purposefully shielded by other fantastic songs so that listeners come back for more. Listeners find a few songs on the album they love, making them want to go back to J Truth‘s page and listen to more of his music.
Another aspect of this album’s marketable value is the fact that it’s the deluxe version of his original album. So not only are there 26 songs on this album but there are an additional 23 on the original album. Not many artists of today’s underground are putting out this much music in this little time. And what makes this amount of music even better is that it’s all good.
All in all, these two albums deserve multiple listens. Listeners should take their time with all this music. They should pick out a few songs they can listen to on repeat, revisit the albums, and pick a few more. If I could describe these albums in one word, it would 100% be “re-visitable.”
