Rising music group Divert have shared their debut single, titled “feeling you out”. An independent collective ran by Jon Savona, they have shared a strong offering in “feeling you out” that makes a powerful immediate first impression. “feeling you out” is a potent, genre-bending track that features performances from TOPFLOOR, WAX, Ghetto Guitar, and Prod Jai, and finds each artist contributing cohesively yet uniquely, tying together each element to make for a compelling track.
“feeling you out” blends influences from punk, alternative, alt-pop, and more to make for an exhilarating listen. Firstly, the bass-line hooks the listener in with its rich, infectious sound, before crisp percussion and textural guitars are added to give the song a highly layered feel.
