Fresh off the release of his new single “How Does It Feel” , D Savage 3900 is refusing to let up by dropping his new music video for “MIA“. The video shot by Jon Psycho is set at an enormous pad with a basketball court and party sized pool tucked away in the woods. Filming in the darkest hours of the day compliments the low, euphoric tone of his song. He raps about the drugs and fast cars that come with the lifestyle he’s living on the beat produced by Loudy Luna.
D Savage is from the same area of L.A. that Tyler the Creator lived in. His career started when he found himself at his friends studio and accidentally made his hit “30 Round Clip” for those of you familiar with the wave of Soundcloud rappers that started a couple years ago. The rapper is known for rarely releasing new music, a style similar to Playboi Carti before he dropped his first album. Halfway through last year he dropped his most recent album titled “Trust No One”. The sound and style he portrayed on this album can be described in no other way as “Hood Opera”. This album was also my personal most listened to of all 2019. Fans and sleepers alike should be excited for his performance in 2020 as he’s consistently dropped new music early on and talks highly of what he has in store.
