Jacksonville, FL artist/producer Countach drops off his second album “Coupe II” which features input from Nick Diminico, Dami & AMS. The Internet Money disc jockey has already peaked the interest of publications such as ELEVATOR and IndieShuffle with this latest release. This 9 track project all sounds like one long, smooth song continuing to flow into itself from instrumental to instrumental. The self proclaimed “90’s baby who lived through the 80s” manages to bring a sound describable as “nostalgia for yesteryear” through his fusion of various genres similar to alternative r&b, new wave, techno and pop. Although it is difficult to imagine from reading this alone that the capacity for such a combo could exist or sound pleasing; but playing through “Coupe II” will definitely take your ear on a euphorically dynamic journey through sound.
