Xavier Wulf and idontknowjeffery drop a menacing 12-track EP titled “Bennington Forest”. The Memphis natives team up to pay homage to the neighborhood they grew up in which they used as the title.
It’s no surprise how much Three 6 Mafia has inspired and influenced the likes of Xavier Wulf, Bones, Idontknowjeffery, Chris Travis, Eddy Baker who came up together. SESHHOLLOWWATERBOYS and affiliates deserve nothing but respect for the way they have evolved the Memphis sound while also creating their own wave. As always, Xavier Wulf goes hard and mercilessly tells it how it is. Idontknowjeffery raps about his dark mind simply and blatantly. The type of transparency in his twisted lyrics ironically gives it a less serious, humorous feel. Of course they had help from affiliate and master producer Marcelo on multiple tracks.
