AYO SK3TCH is an up and coming artist who’s originally from Boston MA, but is currently residing within Los Angeles CA. He recently released a stoner anthem titled “5 On It”. The song is a remake of the 1990s hit record “I Got 5 On It” by The Luniz. AYO SK3TCH is one of the few new school artists who actually show appreciation for the roots of hip hop.
Although he has many songs released that some would be put in the same category as new school artists like A-Boogie, Lil Tjay, or Lil Uzi Vert, he’s now demonstrating his ability to be versatile and not only ride the new school wave, but also bring it back to the starting point of hip hop. This allows not only new rap fans to enjoy it, but it also opens the doors for the older generation of Hip-Hop to appreciate it as well.
